Smoked Salmon Terrine served with lemon and dill creme fraiche, rocket salad

Broccoli and Stilton Soup with homemade bread

Heritage Tomato in balsamic vinegar and burrata salad

Main

Pan-Roasted Duck Breast with thyme fondant potato, braised red cabbage, green beans, and orange port jus

Garlic & Rosemary Chicken Breast with fondant potato, parsnip puree, tender stem broccoli wild garlic and mushroom sauce

Pan-Roasted Cod with chive mash, champagne sauce finished with samphire and pea shoots

Chestnut Roast with roast potato braised red cabbage, and buttered greens

Desserts

Key Lime Pie with lime sorbet

Chocolate Brownie with chocolate sauce, chunky chocolate ice cream
