CHRISTMAS MARKET 2019

Congratulations, Norwood Park has approved your stall to be included in this year's Norwood Park Christmas Market on Sunday 1st December, 2019!

Before completing the Stall Holder Booking Form, please make sure you read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. 

Upon receipt of your completed form we will send you an invoice and once you have made payment in full, we will confirm your booking with us via email.

 

Stall Holder Terms and Conditions 2019

 

Trading

  1. Raffle tickets may not be sold unless this is agreed by Norwood Park in advance.

  2. Products and produce with faults must be clearly labeled and sold as seconds.

  3. No electricity or generators will be made available to stallholders.

  4. All Traders are required to display their name and any business name on their stall.

  5. It is not the responsibility of Norwood Park to provide coverings or signage for stalls.

  6. Stallholders are responsible for their own advertising.

  7. Norwood does not take any responsibility for any loss of income due to weather conditions, footfall or any other circumstance out of its control.

  8. Stall set-up at Norwood Park will only be permitted during the hours of 9.30am - 10.45am.

  9. Stall take-down will only be permitted during the hours of 4.00pm - 5,30pm

  10. Stallholders must follow the instructions provided by Norwood Park in regard to loading access and event parking on the event day.

  11. All stallholders must provide a copy of their current public liability certificate with their booking application and any other necessary H&S documentation.

  12. Stall Holders must operate their stalls from 11.00am until 4.oopm.  Stall Holders are not permitted to close their Stall early or start packing up before the close time of 4.00pm.

  13. Stallholders may not attach or lean any items or displays against the interior walls of Norwood Park's buildings, fittings or fixtures.

  14. Each indoor stall space is 6ft x 6t and includes a 6ft trestle table and 2 chairs; the stall holder is limited to this space only.  The stall holder may choose to not use a trestle table and instead bring a clothes rail or another display concept to place in the 6ft x 6 ft space.  If you would like to use the trestle table and a clothes rail, model, etc. please book two stall spaces and advise us of your plans during the application process.  Please do not request additional space on the day of the event as it will not be available.

Applications

  1. Acceptance and non-acceptance of applications will be at the sole discretion of Norwood Park and will be based on the information given by the applicant on their application.

  2. Norwood Park reserves the right to reject applications and not enter into any correspondence or otherwise explain the reasons for its decisions. All decisions made by Norwood Park are final.

  3. Stall rental and stall positions are totally at the discretion of Norwood Park.

  4. Stalls cannot be transferred, sublet, franchised or sold to any other person.

Fees and insurance

  1. Stall fees are outlined in the application form and at www.norwoodpark.co.uk

  2. Fees must be paid by due dates set by Norwood Park and failure to pay the stall fee on time is a

     breach of these regulations. Any unpaid bookings may be canceled.

  3. All stallholders are responsible for their own insurance and Norwood Park does not take 

    responsibility for this.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Notification of non-attendance is required. If no notification is given then no future bookings will be permitted and any monies paid will not be refunded.

  2. A full refund will only be paid providing that more than 14 days’ notice was given.

Food stalls

  1. Stallholders selling food products must send us copies of their valid Food Hygiene Certificate and Public Liability insurance documents at the time of application.

  2. Traders who sell foodstuffs must comply with the requirements of the current Food Hygiene Regulations and Food Safety Act and must have hygiene and trading certificates as well as Public Liability Insurance documents available on the day of the event.

  3. Failure to provide required documentation on the day of trading or failure to comply with health department standards and regulations may result in immediate closure of stall.
