Wellness Retreat

Our retreats have been tailored to balance and restore your physical, mental & emotional wellness. Our talented instructors will help guide you through a number of workshops and classes designed for all abilities to enhance your mindfulness and connection with self. With the menus throughout the weekend being designed with nutrition and flavour at the heart, your body will be fueled to carry you through this journey. 

Weekend Itinerary: 

Day 1: Friday 19th January 

3pm- Arrival & Check-in 

4pm- Welcome Meeting 

5pm- Dinner

8pm- Yoga & Guided Meditation 

Day 2: Saturday 20th January 

7:30am- Fitness Class

8:30am- Breakfast 

10:30am- Mindfulness Workshop 

12pm- Pilates 

1pm- Lunch 

2pm- Freetime (recommendations avalaible) 

5:30pm- Dinner

7:30pm- Yoga & Soundbath 

Day 3: Sunday 21st January 

8:30am- Pilates

9:30am- Breakfast 

11am- Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Workshop 

1pm- Lunch 

3pm- Check-out & Depart 

• You are more than welcome to opt in and out of any of the scheduled activities throughout the retreat (all included in the price). 
• Please note, that pricing per bedroom is based on single occupancy. If you wish to share a room or a suite, please add on the sharing room charge to the booking. 
• There will be a photographer on-site for a portion of the retreat, please do let us know in advance if you wish to opt out of any images being taken. 
• A full health questionnaire will be required on arrival before taking part in any activities
