Norwood Open Gardens with Kids Activity Trail

The gardens and grounds of Norwood will be open to the public on the first Sunday of the month from 09:30am- 3:30pm for you to explore all aspects of the Estate from the Woodland Walk to the Apple Orchards.

For the Little Walkers there will be a free activity trail: Can you help Titus find his freinds? Walk along the trail and spot all the brightly coloured Highland Cows, each month they move to a new grazing patch, can you find them all? 

Maps and details of the walks will be provided on arrival for you to trek the multiple trails for all abilities. 

Take in the views at the Temple and look out on the local town, Southwell and the surrounding area, before taking off down the hill to the Clubhouse for refreshments. 

A small Car Parking Fee of £5.00 applies, this can be booked in advance or paid on the day. 

Useful Information

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads

Pavements can become slippery, so please take extra care and wear suitable footwear

Please be mindful of traffic when walking along the roads

Please keep children supervised, especially near roads, lakes etc

Footpaths around our main facilities are mostly shingle stone, please take extra care when walking or using manual wheelchairs
