Terms and Conditions for Online bookings

Booking

1. Details of all players must be entered when making the booking.
2. For speed of play to be maintained please note that Single or 2 ball format bookings maybe made to pair up with other players. For speed of play to be maintained a 3 ball booking maybe made into 4 ball at anytime.
3. 2 For 1 Vouchers, concession rates, guest rates and other promotional rates are not applicable for on-line bookings, these bookings will have to be done by telephone.
4. On completion of your booking you will be sent an automatic email confirming your booking reference, tee time and date of booking. You maybe required to produce a copy of this on arrival. If you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours please contact the pro shop on 01636 816626 and we will be happy to confirm the relevant details.
5. Only one player may book 1 tee time for any given day.
6. Society bookings may not be made on-line. If you wish to book a Society please contact the Pro Shop directly.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU FAIL TO TURN UP OR DO NOT ADVISE US BY TELEPHONE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE BOOKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE BOOKED PRICE.

Payment

Payment of your round is due when you register in the Pro Shop.

Credit or Debit Card details are only required for registration and in the event of a No Show will be charged in Full.
